Female Blackbird

This original artwork shows a female blackbird stood in a garden with her egg. The idea for the work came from Lucy's sightings of blackbirds whilst walking her border terrier, Millie around her local village and nature reserve.

Created using acrylic paint on 640gsm cold press paper. Size in frame: 93.5 x 73cm

The artwork is part of the new collection 'Blackbird' created in 2025 and exhibited at StudionAme (April - May 2025).

The artwork comes framed in a white wooden frame. Framed with UV protection anti-reflective museum grade glass. Provided with mirror plates and D rings to make hanging in your home easy.

This artwork comes with an individual hand written thank you note from Lucy and can be collected from Lucy's studio in Leicester or sent via DPD.
