Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you are not, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We trust every artwork we sell arrives in perfect condition. However, if you would like to return your purchase please email email@example.com
It is important to us that you love your new artwork and we will exchange your item for any piece, should you wish. We endeavour to do our very best in quickly resolving any issues with your purchase in a reasonable and fair manner.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
§ Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
§ Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Receiving your refund
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would rather exchange it for another item, please get in touch within 30 days of your purchase.

You may exchange for any item in any of the collections or alternatively, request a refund.
Any difference in cost of the exchanged product will either be refunded to you if lower than the original purchase, or payable by you, should it be more expensive than the original purchase.
If the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you is deemed unreasonably high, we may request the postage cost from you.
Shipping your return
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item for £50 or over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
