Let the Light In

This original artwork showcases the view from Lucy's new studio space in Leicester. Her studio is a shared space with 30 other artists and makers, based in built up area in the city centre. At the end of 2023 she upgraded her studio space to include windows and most importantly natural light after having a smaller space for 6 years.

This unique artwork demonstrates a new beginning and with this the chance to start afresh. Using acrylic paint and pencil she has recreated the view from her studio window showing other buildings, silhouettes of pigeons perched on a roof and in the foreground, the objects on her windowsill.

You will receive an original artwork with an individual hand written thank you note from Lucy. This artwork comes unframed and will arrive flat in between protective mount board and cardboard packaging.
